‘A lot of emotions’: Kylian Mbappé confirms he is leaving PSG in video

* Mbappé’s final home game will be against Toulouse on Sunday
* Forward adds that representing the club was ‘a great honour’




Kylian Mbappé has confirmed that he will leave Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season. The forward released a video on social media in which he confirmed the news many fans had been expecting after the French side won Ligue 1 for the third season in a row.

Addressing supporters, the 25-year-old said: “I wanted to announce to you all that it’s my last year at Paris Saint-Germain. I will not extend [my contract] and the adventure will come to an end in a few weeks.” PSG host Toulouse on Sunday and Mbappé said the game will be “my last at the Parc des Princes”. Manchester United confident on financial fair play despite £113m loss

It is the fifth consecutive year United have made an annual loss, with the club £115.5m in the red in 2021-22 and £42.1m in 2022-23. Profitability and sustainability rules (PSR) permit a £105m loss over a three-year period, but within the regulations certain deductions are allowed in relation to investment in infrastructure, the academy and women’s teams, among other things, which United believe means they will not fall foul of spending regulations.
